Played this course with friends yesterday. The course is really on its way back. Even with all the rain we have had, the fairways were well manicured and the course offered a really nice afternoon of golf. There was soft sand in the bunkers (unfortunately, I found this out the hard way). The only places I saw weeds were in the deep rough. I will definitely play this course again!

The condition of the course isn't pristine, but at least the ownership understands this and prices it fairly. Even with weeds in the fairways, the golf is still just as challenging as it was when it was well maintained. I hope they can keep the place open as an 18-hole course for many years to come. I played the course May 30 and the front nine was fine. The back was a little rough in some spots, but playable. The sand traps are mud/dirt. I had a great time and would play it again.

Sounds like a deal of a lifetime, but don't waste your time and money. Poorly maintained, grass not picked up after mowing, greens are dirt and sand traps are dirt/mud traps.
